Research Associate II - Remote

Overview

The Research Associate II will contribute to the mission of UAMS by improving health and healthcare for Arkansans through research in early childhood education and professional development.

In Short

• Conduct research and evaluation in early childhood education.
• Execute training protocols for early childhood educators.

• Travel required within Arkansas for training and meetings.
• Collaborate with Principal Investigators and project teams.
• Develop and manage project-specific training materials.
• Utilize learning management systems for content delivery.
• Prepare reports for project directors and funding agencies.
• Contribute to the improvement of training adoption and implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Six years of research experience or ten years with a high school diploma.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Docebo.
• Basic graphic design and course animation skills.
• Experience in adult learning design preferred.
• Ability to travel within Arkansas.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with data collection and reporting.
• Knowledge of early childhood development.
• Ability to adapt training sessions for diverse audiences.
