Overview

The Research Associate I will support the Center for Hearing Health Access team at UAMS, leading qualitative research aimed at improving hearing healthcare access in rural communities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Five years of qualitative research experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with community engagement and focus groups.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and research software.
• Knowledge of implementation science.
• Ability to work with underserved populations.
• Willingness to travel.
• Graduate training is preferred.
