Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care in the Operating Room, ensuring safety and quick recovery for patients while collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team.

In Short

  • Provide direct patient care as an RN in the Operating Room.
  • Coordinate care for patients and triage effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with clinic providers and staff.
  • Develop and implement individual health plans.
  • Assist in patient education on complex conditions.
  • Adhere to nursing standards and institutional policies.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Participate in patient/family education and discharge planning.
  • Maintain effective communication with patients and families.
  • Perform routine tasks in personal protective equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent required.
  • Valid Registered Nursing License.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nursing experience.
  • Basic computer skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification preferred.
  • Experience in scrubbing and orthopedic experience is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and accountability.
  • Ability to work in personal protective equipment.
  • Commitment to patient safety and care excellence.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous education and training.
