Registered Nurse - Myeloma Clinic - Remote

Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care in the Myeloma Clinic, coordinating care for patients and collaborating with healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes.

• Provide direct patient care as an RN.
• Coordinate care for patients and triage patients effectively.
• Collaborate with clinic providers, fellows, and staff.
• Facilitate appointments and transitions of care.
• Educate patients and their families on complex conditions.
• Develop and implement individual health plans.

• Document assessment data and evaluate patient progress.
• Administer medications and provide patient education.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and support student nurses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited RN nursing program.
• Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nursing experience.
• Valid Registered Nursing License.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and Oncology Nursing experience.
• Current BLS and National Nursing Certification.
