The Patient Care Technician (PCT) plays a vital role in supporting healthcare teams by providing essential patient care and performing non-licensed tasks under the supervision of Registered Nurses.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Completion of a patient care technician course within three months of hire.
• Proficiency in basic patient care.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication skills.
• Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Experience with blood draws and casting/splinting is a plus.
