Overview

The Orthopedic Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will assist surgeons in clinical settings, perform procedures, and manage post-operative care for patients at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing or accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Valid licenses as a Registered Nurse and APRN or PA in Arkansas.
• Experience in a surgical setting preferred.
• Ability to operate nursing equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Compliance with CDC Universal Precautions.
• Proof of legal authority to work in the USA required.
• DEA license must be obtained after hire.
