Requirements

  • Master’s in Nursing for APRN or accredited PA program.
  • National Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or PA.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a NICU.
  • Current Arkansas licensure as an APRN or PA.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care.
