We are seeking a Team Leader in Tax Consulting to manage a team of eight employees and oversee multiple branches while optimizing organizational processes and contributing to digital solutions and projects.

Requirements

• Completed training as a tax specialist or related field.
• Initial experience in tax consulting processes and branch software like DATEV.
• Leadership experience in a disciplinary role.
• Solid knowledge in change management and a strong digital mindset.
• Fluent in German (C1 level).
• Strong communication and service orientation.

Benefits
