KYC Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Verify and validate identity and business documents.
• Conduct background checks and screenings against sanctions and relevant databases.
• Perform risk assessments for new and existing clients.
• Create detailed reports and analyses for management and regulatory authorities.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing relevant KYC data.
• Ensure KYC activities comply with laws and regulations (AML, CFT).
• Collaborate closely with Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams.
• Support and train new team members in KYC processes.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the banking or finance sector.
• Experience with KYC/AML procedures and regulations.
• Solid knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including AML, CFT, and data protection.
• High integrity and ethical behavior.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
