Junior Manufacturing Engineer (m/f/d) Process Optimization - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Junior Manufacturing Engineer (m/f/d) specializing in process optimization. You will analyze 3D models, develop manufacturing processes, and create work instructions and workplace designs.

In Short

• Analyze 3D models for manufacturability and develop manufacturing processes.
• Create work instructions and work plans for specific manufacturing documentation.
• Plan workplace designs as a key focus of your role.
• Develop a logistical delivery concept using task sequencing.
• Ensure time-efficient optimization of assembly groups, including work plan creation and approval.
• Support during production ramp-up.

Requirements

• A completed engineering degree with a focus on mechanical engineering, production/automation technology, process engineering, manufacturing planning, or a comparable field.
• Initial practical experience in process optimization or manufacturing planning.
• Familiarity with CAD software, such as CATIA V5, VPM, CAD, or MS Visio is desirable.
• Knowledge in designing manufacturing processes.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• A high level of determination and independent working style.
