Overview

We are looking for a Junior Auditor who is an expert in audits and compliance, enjoys international projects, and has a knack for training programs. This role is with a global company based in Cologne.

In Short

• Conduct independent audits and critically assess company areas.
• Analyze feedback and develop training programs for audit teams worldwide.
• Support and mentor audit trainees during their development programs.

Requirements

• Experience in audit, compliance, or related fields.
• Commercial or technical education, ideally with qualifications like CIA.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with global compliance regulations and fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in E-Learning or project management is preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
