Customer Advisor in the Energy Sector - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Customer Advisor in the Energy Sector to serve as a point of contact for end customers and manage data for hydropower plants while coordinating redispatch measures.

In Short

• Act as a contact person and contract manager for end customers and concessions directly connected to power plants.
• Serve as an interface between renewable energy plants and power plant groups.
• Manage energy and basic data for hydropower plants.
• Coordinate redispatch measures for power plants.
• Maintain the availability database and provide nominations for long-term contracts.
• Manage contract documents in SharePoint for power plant facilities.
• Create reports for internal and external partners as well as authorities.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical training.
• Professional experience in the energy sector.
• Good knowledge of the German energy markets and relevant regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and energy data management.
• Fluent in German and good knowledge of English.
• Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and initiative.
