Requirements

• Completed studies in real estate management or a comparable field.
• Experience in utility cost accounting.
• Knowledge of DIN 277 and GIF, as well as rental law.
• Ideally, knowledge in SAP RE-FX.
• Independent and meticulous working style.
• Fluent in German.
