Agile Coach (m/f/d) in the Energy Sector - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an Agile Coach (m/f/d) to improve collaboration with departments and support the implementation of agile methods and processes in a renowned company in the energy sector.

In Short

• Responsible for improving collaboration with departments
• Support the implementation of agile methods and processes
• Promote self-organization within teams
• Identify and resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies
• Establish feedback cycles for continuous development
• Support capacity planning and efficiency enhancement
• Moderate team events and introduce Lean principles

Requirements

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master
• Knowledge in Kanban, OKR, and SAFe
• Experience with digital whiteboards and Jira
• Good communication and analytical skills
• At least fluent German language skills
