Overview

We are looking for a Real Estate Manager (m/f/d) in the care sector who has completed their education in real estate and has some professional experience. You will act as a liaison between various stakeholders and manage the commercial oversight of rented properties.

In Short

• Act as a liaison between our client and various lessors.
• Manage the commercial oversight of rented properties and create/manage sublease agreements.
• Prepare negotiations, identify optimization potentials, and manage commercial lease agreements and amendments.
• Participate in budget planning and cost controlling.

Requirements

• Completed studies in real estate management or business administration with a focus on construction and real estate, or a completed training in the real estate sector.
• Solid knowledge in cost accounting and proficient use of MS Office products.
• Hands-on mentality, analytical thinking, and confident demeanor.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
