Senior Product Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our product, driving strategic decisions, and creating real impact on millions of users. Your insights will not only optimize current features but also inspire new product directions, helping us set industry standards.

In Short

• Analyze business metrics and provide analytical support to improve product monetization and retention
• Research and conclude on results of A/B tests and provide insights for improvement
• Automate reporting process and create dashboards for different stakeholders
• Operational monitoring of key metrics and determining the causes of deviations from the expected values
• Build predictive models (Activity, Marketing, LTV)
• Analyze the results of the implementation of gamification mechanics and internal currency of the product

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst
• Full proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Apache Superset, Qlik)
• Strong understanding of key product metrics, including experience building funnels and deriving insights from them
• Knowledge of statistical fundamentals and experimental design, including statistical and regression methods
• Hands-on experience with A/B and Multivariate testing techniques
• Proven ability to deliver analytical solutions for complex product tasks, such as user pattern research, supporting experiments, feature analysis, and use-case evaluations
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Experience in creating predictive models and segmentation strategies (would be a plus)
• Familiarity with mobile applications (would be a plus)
• Experience with Python for data analysis (Pandas, Numpy, etc.) (would be a plus)
