Avantor is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Transportation & Logistics Associate to join our dynamic team in Gliwice, Poland. In this role, you’ll play a key part in analysing and developing logistics and transportation plans that streamline production, distribution and inventory management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Transport Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in SAP Unicorn, Microsoft Excel, and Access.
• Experience with SAP TM, Inexus, Power BI, or Qlikview is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills to optimize transportation networks.
• Fluency in English and Polish; German is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• IT skills are an advantage.
