Associate Documentation Developer - Remote

Overview

As an Associate Documentation Developer, you will support engineering teams by creating and editing technical content, advocating for customers, and identifying opportunities for content improvements.

• Support engineering teams and act as a customer advocate.
• Design, create, and edit content according to company standards.
• Review materials created by other Documentation Developers.
• Participate in UI strings development.
• Identify opportunities for content and process improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to learn Markdown, XML, HTML, and other programming languages.
• Enthusiasm to learn new technologies and practices.
• Interest in technical writing and content creation.
• Organized with a structural mindset.
• Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
• Availability to work 8 hours a day.
