Overview

UNIFY Dots is a global technology and software solutions company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 based solutions. We are seeking a Director - Delivery to lead and oversee project delivery.

In Short

• Provide leadership and oversight in delivery of projects including Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Responsible for a set of projects in the D365 ERP practice and manage ERP team members.
• Ensure retention and growth of assigned D365 client base.
• Manage client engagement and lead workshops to define business requirements.
• Review project deliverables and prepare solution architecture documents.
• Monitor timesheets of team members and ensure productivity.
• Liaison with Microsoft for complex issues and advanced support.
• Write D365 blog articles for the company blog.
• Provide pre-sales support and conduct solution walkthroughs.

Requirements

• Solution Architect level position for at least 3 Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain ERP projects.
• At least 15 years of ERP experience, with 10 years in Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain.
• Holds at least one active recognized certification on Dynamics 365 Finance or Supply Chain ERP.
• Experience managing a team of at least 10 people.
