Director of Project Management - Remote

Overview

The Director of Project Management is accountable for the successful rollout of internal structure and processes across Underscore Marketing. This role includes developing comprehensive training materials and leading an end‑to‑end organizational rollout plan.

• Own Underscore’s Project Management strategy and delivery standards.
• Define and improve Project Management frameworks, tools, and workflows.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery across multiple pharmaceutical accounts.
• Manage analytics and reporting projects to support media performance.
• Lead internal system and process rollouts.
• Act as a senior operational partner to various leadership teams.
• Mentor and develop a team of Project and Program Managers.
• Ensure accurate budget management and resource planning.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans.
• Build high-performing PM teams and improve ways of working.

Requirements

• 10+ years in a project management role, 5+ years with pharma clients.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMP Certification and/or SCRUM Master Certification is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of digital media best practices.
• Experience managing data-centric projects.
• Strong financial stewardship and budget management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of project management software.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Ability to plan and complete product launches.
• 6-8 years of supervisory experience.
