Director of Project Management - Remote

Overview

The Director, Project Management will establish and lead EdReports’ Project Management function at a pivotal moment in the organization’s product transformation.

In Short

• Establish and lead the Project Management function.
• Partner with product leaders to translate strategy into delivery commitments.
• Lead delivery for high-priority initiatives.
• Design and improve portfolio planning and delivery processes.
• Build systems for transparency in delivery metrics and reporting.
• Educate teams on modern project management practices.
• Hire and develop a team of Project Managers.

Requirements

• 6+ years in project management or related field.
• 3-5 years of people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management and agile practices.
• Experience leading product delivery initiatives.
• Ability to design and scale delivery systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Residency in and authorization to work in the U.S.
