Manager, Talent Ops Programs - Remote

Overview

The Talent Ops Programs Manager will be responsible for executing high-impact talent initiatives that strengthen both our external presence and internal hiring infrastructure.

In Short

• Lead project management of internal recruitment operations initiatives.
• Collaborate with TA leaders and People team partners.
• Drive recruiter and hiring manager enablement efforts.
• Own execution for hiring programs and events.
• Manage employer brand channels and strategy.
• Partner with Employee Experience team for content creation.
• Identify and execute quick wins for hiring efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations.
• Strong program and project manager.
• Experience in recruitment operations.
• Skilled in developing and executing hiring programs.
• Well-versed in Greenhouse ATS.
• Clear communicator with stakeholders.
• Able to think operationally and tactically.
• Comfortable using tools like Slack and Google Suite.
• Energized by working in a high-growth environment.
