Overview

The Senior Manager, Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for leading Unanet’s project governance, delivery operations, and portfolio management framework across Professional Services. This role ensures predictable, high-quality implementations by establishing scalable project management standards, delivery governance, operational metrics, and portfolio visibility.

In Short

• Lead and evolve the Project Management Office function.
• Define and maintain project lifecycle methodology and governance frameworks.
• Hire, develop, and lead a team of 8 Project Managers.
• Oversee the portfolio of implementation projects.
• Track and report portfolio performance against various metrics.
• Develop and maintain a centralized Professional Services metrics dashboard.
• Design and implement scalable project management processes.
• Own and optimize PMO tools and systems.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success for smooth transitions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team focused on operational excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project management in B2B SaaS environment.
• 3+ years leading project managers or a PMO function.
• Strong understanding of services delivery metrics.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience building delivery frameworks.
• Strong analytical and operational problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.
