As a Retention Designer at UN/COMMON you'll work on numerous e-commerce brands, designing email campaigns and flows well also supporting any internal sales and marketing collateral. You want to learn and grow. You'll bring thoughtful, strategic ideas to our client's brands and want to work with talented people to create best-in-class email experiences.

What will I be doing?

In Short

• Act as an extension of the UN/COMMON team and seamlessly embed within the existing creative team to solve significant design problems.
• Design creative and effective email solutions that contribute to the execution of our efforts.
• Work iteratively through every project phase, from initial designs to revisions, and see work through launch.
• Create unique creative solutions including GIFs that bring motion into your designs.
• Bring fresh and creative perspectives and strategic thinking to drive results and proactively solve problems.
• Keep email best practices and usability in mind with everything you make.

Requirements

• Proven experience in email design and marketing.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
