Supply Planner Area Europe - Remote

Overview

In this position as a part of the Operations Area Europe team, you will cooperate closely with our Doka Sales Organizations and manage daily challenges in the area of supply chain.

In Short

• Fulfill material demands and regulate the logistics process throughout the supply circle.
• Initiate and support global material exchange and coordinate bottlenecks in supply.
• Support the maintenance of a balanced stock and material procurement planning based on business demand.
• Interconnect with Doka Sales Branches, collaborate with Distribution Centers and Headquarters to optimize supply performance.
• Implement and monitor Doka’s global logistics standards & processes.
• Collaborate on the further development of software-relevant tools (e.g. Discos, RapidResponse).

Requirements

• Commercial education with a focus on Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Practical experience in Operations or Logistics is an advantage.
• Proactive and communicative personality.
• Entrepreneurial thinking combined with hands-on mentality.
• Personal responsibility and assertiveness.
• Dedicated, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant.
• Team player with a high degree of service-orientation.
• Very good command of German and English (oral and written).
• IT-affinity with good MS Office skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ready for business trips.
