The Specialty and Retail Pharmacy Accreditation Program Coordinator ensures compliance with pharmacy accreditation standards, coordinating activities related to regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement.

  • Manage accreditation and regulatory compliance for pharmacy standards.
  • Design and implement systematic approaches for compliance awareness.
  • Conduct organizational needs assessments for regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with leaders to design staff education plans.
  • Coordinate regulatory compliance activities and accreditation efforts.
  • Prepare written responses and corrective action plans.
  • Analyze and report data for continuous readiness activities.
  • Conduct audits and surveillance for accreditation needs.
  • Develop and implement policies related to accreditation standards.
  • Must perform clinical and technical competencies as required.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Nursing, Health Care Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years in accreditation and compliance roles.
  • Preferred experience in specialty pharmacy accreditation (URAC, ACHC).
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
