Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Trade school or college graduate in healthcare or CHAA certification required within 12 months.
• Two years of healthcare experience.
• Two years of health insurance authorizations or billing experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and ICD-10.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work within treatment plans.
• Maintain positive relationships with departments.
• Ability to perform drug dose calculations.
