Overview

UCP Oregon is seeking a Bilingual Case Manager - Personal Agent Liaison who will work with Spanish and English-speaking customers in our intellectual/developmental disabilities support services brokerage.

In Short

  • Fluent in Spanish and English required.
  • Manage a caseload of 32 adults, including up to 20 Spanish-speaking individuals.
  • Assist customers in navigating support services and resources.
  • Advocate for customers’ needs and problem-solve on urgent matters.
  • Manage paperwork related to plan development and billing.
  • Work in a hybrid model, with some days in the office and some remote.
  • Be part of a collaborative and diverse team.
  • 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Experience in case management or related field.
  • Strong advocacy and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage intensive paperwork.
