Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, you will provide exceptional service to customers, assisting them with their needs and ensuring a smooth rental experience.

In Short

• Assist customers at U-Haul centers with products and services.
• Use smartphone technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot.
• Prepare rental invoices and handle equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification provided upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification provided upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.
• Work in a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to handle physical exertion and moderate risks.
• Willingness to use protective clothing or gear.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
