Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, you will be the face of the company, providing exceptional service and assistance to customers while managing equipment and utilizing technology.

In Short

  • Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.

  • Install hitches and trailer wiring.
  • Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.
  • Handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by following safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
