• You take full responsibility for the entire recruiting process: from creating job postings to reviewing applications and coordinating interviews.
• You actively shape the onboarding of new colleagues and ensure a successful start.
• You support online marketing, create creative posts for various social media channels, and contribute your own ideas.
• You participate in short team meetings and work closely with different departments.

Requirements

• You are studying in the field of business, psychology, social sciences, or a related subject – ideally with a focus on HR or personnel management.
• You are communicative, enjoy working with people, and have a sense for their needs.
• You work self-motivated, structured, and keep an overview even in dynamic situations.
• You like to tackle new challenges and find creative solutions.
• You have very good German and good English skills.
