Pega Product Owner - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for someone who brings depth of experience in Pega delivery and passion for making service operations more efficient and intelligent.

In Short

• Work closely with service operations and product teams.
• Take responsibility for the full life-cycle of product service development.
• Define and execute product and service strategy.
• Lead agile delivery teams and prioritize backlog items.
• Collaborate with UXD, marketing, and analytics teams.
• Liaise with technical developers to understand technical implications.

• Own ongoing support and maintenance issues.
• Identify hypotheses to validate customer problems.
• Drive continuous improvement activities for the scrum team.

Requirements

• Experience in Pega delivery.
• Deep understanding of banking products and technology.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment.
• Experience with user story writing.
• Knowledge of customer personas and segments.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead scrum teams.
• Experience in metrics and measurements of effectiveness.
• Proven ability to drive project discovery and inception activities.
