Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Merchandise Planner to support merchandise planning through forecasting, performance analysis, and stock optimisation. Working closely with planning and production teams, this role plays a key part in ensuring product availability across channels while delivering clear, data-led insights that inform commercial decisions. In Short

• Conduct daily diary check-ins and manage scheduling priorities for the CEO.
• Coordinate email follow-ups between the CEO and clients or stakeholders.
• Schedule meetings across multiple time zones with accuracy.
• Upload, tag, and maintain CRM contact records, including removing duplicates.
• Set up new members and contacts from event ticket bookings and registrations.
• Manage ad hoc team travel bookings and internal documentation repositories.
• Write, schedule, and publish LinkedIn posts aligned with brand tone.
• Update social media tiles using templates and make required content adjustments.
• Prepare, build, and schedule marketing emails within the CRM.
• Assist with reporting and visibility of event or campaign performance metrics.
