In Short

• Lead clinical strategy and oversight for the psychiatry program.
• Influence quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Innovation team.
• Supervise psychiatrists and providers.
• Partner with Operations to improve systems.
• Represent psychiatrist voice in product development.
• Use data insights for program improvements.
• Partner with executive leadership for psychiatry roadmap.
• Cultivate partnerships with healthcare organizations.
• Serve as an industry thought leader.

Requirements

• MD or DO with Board Certification in Psychiatry.
• Active medical license in at least one state.
• 7+ years of clinical experience.
• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with technology tools.
• Deep knowledge of legal and ethical standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% per quarter.
