Mental Health Therapist – Part-Time - Remote

Overview

Two Chairs is building a new kind of mental health system based on the idea that the status quo isn’t good enough, focusing on industry-best clinician experiences and better client outcomes.

In Short

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+).
• Practice modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, and more.
• Use data to drive effective treatment.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with HIPAA.
• Earn an hourly rate of $70 or $52.50 - $70 for out-of-state.
• Balanced caseloads ranging from 7 to 20 clients.
• Support for wellness and professional growth.
• Must be licensed in California.
• Available for 8-24 hours per week.

Requirements

• Licensed in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD or PsyD).
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience with adults.
• At least six months of teletherapy experience.
• Proficient with clinical assessments.
• Experience with electronic health record systems.
