Part-Time Perinatal Mental Health Therapist - Remote

Our technology-driven care platform enables us to engage patients early, conduct individualized risk assessments for poor pregnancy outcomes, and deliver coordinated, personalized virtual care throughout pregnancy, NICU stays, and the first postpartum year. We measure ourselves by reductions in preterm births, NICU admissions, c-sections and maternal mortality; we improve outcomes and reduce healthcare spend.

In Short

• Provide direct patient care and care navigation for perinatal mental health issues.
• Support emotional, mental, and behavioral care for pregnant individuals.
• Conduct one-on-one virtual care visits.
• Perform behavioral health screenings and interventions.
• Establish individualized care plans based on evidence-based standards.
• Identify and address patient barriers to care.
• Document care interactions and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support group care as needed.
• Work part-time, with shifts from 12p - 6p ET.

Requirements

• Independently licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC or LMHC for at least 5 years.
• Completed the NCMHCE and/or NCE.
• At least 120 hours of clinical supervision completed.
• 5-8 years of experience providing therapy services.
• Experience with perinatal mental health care.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Familiarity with EHRs and other software.
• Understanding of birth inequity and structural racism.
• Experience working with clients eligible for Medicaid.
• Willingness to cross license in other states.
