• Drive positive metabolic health outcomes for our members.
• Power engaging and informative AI interactions.
• Ensure clarity, consistency, health literacy, and accessibility in all content design deliverables.
• Work on AI-tools to deliver personalized guidance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to shape user journeys.
• Contribute to user research to optimize user experiences.
• Advocate for content design best practices.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in content design or UX writing.
• Experience working for healthcare or healthtech companies.
• A portfolio showcasing user-focused content solutions.
• Passion for plain language and health literacy.
• Experience with AI tools and workflows.
• Strong ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Figma, Atlassian, Zendesk is a plus.
• Spanish fluency preferred but not required.
