Overview

The Senior Content Designer will lead initiatives under the SPRUCE IDIQ contract, focusing on providing tailored benefits and support to veterans through digital tools and applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of human-centered design strategies.
• Portfolio demonstrating content design deliverables.
• Experience with Agile development teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using voice of the customer data.
• Experience with content management systems.
• Strong consultation and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage competing interests among stakeholders.
