Overview

Tala is on a mission to unleash the economic power of the Global Majority – the 4 billion people overlooked by existing financial systems. We are looking for a content designer to join our Experience Design team, where content design is at the heart of our design process.

• Create content for our mobile app experience across all touchpoints.
• Enhance the clarity and usability of product experiences.
• Edit and contribute to designs and content using Figma.
• Collaborate with design on page layout and interactions.
• Use data and research to evaluate content impact.
• 5+ years in a product design environment.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience with Figma and content components.
• Design human-centered solutions across markets.
• Financial services expertise is an advantage.
