Requirements

  • 3+ years experience with Email infrastructure (MUA, MTA).
  • Knowledge of RESTful technology and APIs.
  • Understanding of encryption protocols (SSL, TLS) and SMTP.
  • Skills in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and prioritize their experience.
  • Advanced time management and workflow development skills.
  • Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of Curl command.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships within the organization.
  • Interest in using customer feedback for product improvements.
