As a HR Business Partner, you’ll work side-by-side with senior leaders in Twilio’s engineering org to craft bold talent strategies and workforce plans that sharpen skills, evolve ways-of-working, and fuel a culture built to deliver world-class CPaaS products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HRBP experience and 3+ years partnering with software engineering or product management teams.
• Deep knowledge of engineering orgs, including operating models, methodologies, roles, and trends.
• Proven ability to deliver scalable, high-ROI, business-first people programs.
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Energised by learning, solving complex problems, and driving results.
