  • Lead and grow the Billing Team in Mexico.
  • Provide supervision to Billing Analysts ensuring first-class service.
  • Manage customer contracts, pricing models, and billing processes.
  • Participate in month-end close and manage recurring billing.
  • Mentor team members and refine processes.
  • Interact with various functional teams within Billing Operations.
  • Focus on metrics and customer satisfaction.
  • Encourage a culture of problem-solving.
  • Support Twilio's 24/7 customer service efforts.
  • Work in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of accounting/finance/operations experience.
  • Third level qualification in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Strong experience in Billings/Revenue/Order to Cash.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with large volume transactions.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with Oracle, Zuora, and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Proficient in Spanish and Portuguese is desirable.
  • 2-3 years of managerial experience in Billings/Revenue is advantageous.
