Twilio is seeking an HR Internal Communications Director to support its People organization and shape the employee experience for 5,500 employees globally.

In Short

  • Drive planning, strategy, and execution of internal communications for the People team.
  • Manage the editorial calendar of People team news and stories.
  • Create a compelling brand for the People team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Administrative Officer.
  • Drive special projects across G&A functions.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across HR, Legal, and IT.
  • Support and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or related field.
  • 12+ years’ experience in internal communications or corporate communications.
  • 5+ years HR communications experience.
  • Ability to measure program effectiveness.
