In Short

• Elevate internal communications strategy to support team experience, productivity, transparency, and alignment.
• Develop, implement, and enforce internal communications guidelines.
• Run All Hands and Town Hall meetings from strategy to planning to design and facilitation.
• Serve as an advisor to senior and executive leadership teams to help individuals and collective groups better communicate with their teams and the wider org.
• Ensure employee communications align with brand voice and corporate messaging.
• Support the org with change management.
• Drive in-person connection across satellite offices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a dedicated internal communications role.
• Experience running internal communications for a mid-sized B2B software company.
• Proven track record in managing employee communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong slide creation and animation skills, video skills a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
