In Short

• Design composable, reusable component patterns for AEM.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years designing CMS-driven web experiences.
• Expertise in interaction design and systems thinking.
• Ability to write clear component specifications.
• Deep familiarity with AEM Core Components.
• Experience optimizing the authoring experience.
• Understanding of A/B testing and CRO.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Comfort documenting in design libraries.
