Overview

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Estimator Team Lead to oversee estimating, benchmarking, and commercial management services for a leading technology client's data center construction program. This role involves managing a team of estimators and ensuring accurate estimates throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead estimating services for hyperscale data centers from RFP to construction completion.
• Manage a team of estimators across various construction trades.
• Develop conceptual and baseline estimates for data center projects.
• Maintain estimating templates and provide associated training.

• Integrate benchmarking for accurate data capture.

Requirements

• Estimating experience in mission-critical sectors.
• Previous team management experience.
• Onsite trade experience preferred.
• Ability to develop estimates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Confidence in reviewing Mechanical and Electrical estimates.
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technical knowledge of construction industry matters.
