Overview

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Associate Director - MEP Estimating to lead estimating services for key projects and clients, focusing on cost consultancy in the construction industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, or related field.
• Graduate degree in relevant field is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in an estimating role.
• Experience in conceptual estimating and pre-construction services.
• Construction consultancy experience is preferred.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
