The Training Systems Administrator serves as the operational backbone of Turner Mining Group's training function, managing employee training records and the learning management system to ensure accurate and actionable training data.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with learning management systems, preferably Evotix.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn and use various company-specific systems.
  • Understanding of training records management and compliance.
  • Ability to present training data clearly for varied audiences.
  • Professional communication across teams.
