Senior/Lead Data Scientist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for Senior/Lead Data Scientists who can work in a data-driven environment, and love to identify patterns and insights to improve our products/operations that in turn benefit the business.

In Short

• Work closely with business stakeholders to drive improvements through data-driven decisions.
• Define success and north star metrics to drive innovation and impact across a wide range of products.
• Conduct statistical analysis, including opportunity analysis, diagnostic analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Communicate results to leadership teams to influence strategy.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations using high-quality visualizations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in analytics as a data scientist.
• Strong product sense or track record of working closely with product leadership.
• Ability to translate structured and unstructured problems into analytical frameworks.
• Good grasp of SQL and metrics, and capable of creating and maintaining dashboards.
• Strong data wrangling skills with Python or R.
• Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Experience with visualization tools like ggplot, Plotly, or Looker is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
