Overview

Turing is looking for an exceptional Paralegal and legal operations manager to join its legal team. The ideal candidate has experience in litigation and disputes, as well as a mix of law firm and in-house corporate experience.

In Short

• Assist with legal and compliance policies implementation.
• Identify legal operations needs and solutions.
• Manage legal bills and outside counsel spending.
• Conduct research and investigations.
• Represent the Legal department in meetings.
• Manage institutional knowledge and historical advice.
• Prepare department reports for leadership.
• Manage Legal programming and training.
• Support in administering stock plans.
• Perform other paralegal and litigation support work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of paralegal experience, including 2+ years in Legal Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Paralegal certification preferred.
• Experience supporting litigation and compliance processes.
• Strong knowledge of document retention policies.
• Skilled in managing data preservation policies.
• Familiarity with legal billing systems.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
